Post-pandemic congress rush in Copenhagen:

Bella Center Copenhagen prepares for a world-renowned sporting event and a jampacked spring congress calendar

Needless to say, the past few years have often felt like a never-ending maze of detours and dead ends in a pandemic-stricken event and hospitality industry. But as restrictions in Denmark have lifted completely, postponements have turned to “let’s get this show on the road again right now” excitement.

With ESTRO, SETAC, EULAR, EuroPerio and ESPGHAN heading to the Danish capital, no less than five major medical and environmental congresses take place at Bella Center Copenhagen within days of each other. Thus, calling on planners and hosts to draw on decades of experience to make everything happen instantly and every moment matter. Oh, and did we mention, the world’s largest bicycle event is also swinging by this summer?

EULAR returns to Copenhagen to stage its annual event and celebrate 75th anniversary. As a leading critical forum for education and knowledge exchange as well as research innovation, networking and fostering friendships, the international association plans to create an outstanding event in the world of rheumatology.
The return to Copenhagen is not coincidental. EULAR was born in the Danish capital back in 1947 and most recently held its congress there in 2009. Ever since, the local Convention Bureau and Bella Center Copenhagen have worked on resuming the event.

When the world’s greatest cycling country welcomes the world’s greatest bike race in the summer of 2022, Bella Center Copenhagen is all set to host and engage in a wide array of events and logistic core offerings.

Bella Center Copenhagen will serve as the international press center for hundreds of journalists as well as a preparation venue for the companion cars and teams supporting the two wheeled competitors.
As the race itself kicks off with a 13-kilometre individual time trial through the beautiful streets of Copenhagen on July 1st, skilled chefs and hosts from across Bellagroup, which operates Bella Center Copenhagen, will be busy serving up food and drinks to business partners and sponsors at the City Hall Square to complement a truly unforgettable sporting moment in the heart of the Danish Capital
